Kenyan Konnection

Kenya has long been an incredible source of great distance runners for the world. Over time, several have competed at Chile Pepper and we developed International recognition. Two groups will be available at the Race Village to share opportunities and experiences in Kenya.

Teams venture from around the country to participate in the Chile Pepper, but the United States International University traveled from Kenya to be here to discuss opportunities for study and training abroad.

Our Purpose

“The main purpose of the visit is to publicize USIU as a Study Abroad destination to US university students interested in training in long distance races in Kenya while continuing with their university education. We shall also aim to attract prospective new admits from amongst high school students. The visit will play a big role in promoting USIU sports events/programs and facilities through Study Abroad Program”.
